Everything about this place is terrible—the service, the way they prepare the food, and worst of all, the staff. Not once have they gotten my order right, despite multiple visits. It’s consistently disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I definitely can’t recommend it.

Terrible service . Very rude and unprofessional. Hostile customer service. They give you an attitude just for repeating to them twice that you’re allergic to almond milk and they still dismiss you and they get mad because you don’t wanna take it then they make the second drink much less coffee than before, Remind you on the app, it tells you that any shaken espresso whether is a macchiato or any other one & it has two shots of espresso in it and when you question that they said No and it’s only one and you need to pay extra and if you dare to complain, they dismiss you and they go back to the sitting area to chat with their friends. This is not the first time they do this because I have come there before two more times and the donuts are old or too hard to even eat at four or 5 o’clock in the afternoon, but they give you an attitude. This is my last time coming to this place. Hopefully the manager can train their staff or hire new people.

I should have read the reviews before going. Yesterday I was at this store to pick up an order, and the person didn't even bother to explain why I couldn't take the donuts I had paid extra for. They told me I had to come back the next day, didn't refund my money, and I didn't receive my donuts. Horrible experience and service.

Just came from this location. And after reading the reviews I couldn’t agree more. This location needs a serious improvement starting from their customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru about 30 seconds later someone (a lady) mumbled something I didn’t respond because I wasn’t sure she was talking to me she then proceeded to come back on & say “Dunkin” which to me sounded like she had an attitude. I asked for one thing and she said they only had 1 left. I politely said thank you and left. I refuse to deal with the staff attitude today. The only reason I come here is because of the proximity to my house. Another issue with this location is their products that they always seem to not have. I’m never greeted with a hi or even a thank you.

I actually wish it was an option to give NO STARS! I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this location. No one responded at the drive-thru intercom, and after pulling up to the window, there was still no acknowledgment. I then went inside to ask whether the store was closed. The employee who identified herself as the manager stated that I had pulled off, and when I explained that I did so because no one answered the intercom, she laughed. This interaction was unprofessional and very dismissive. It is clear why this location has poor reviews. I strongly recommend that ownership/corporate leadership reevaluate the customer service standards and staff at this location. If employees are unwilling to provide basic customer service, they should not be in customer-facing roles.
